 Being one of India's best destinations to spot and photograph the elusive Tiger, Kanha & Bandhavgarh National Parks are the best in the business . Having understood the park and its inmates over the last few years, we at Wildlife Times believe a tour to Bandhavgarh & Kanha can be interesting learning for photographers with the Tiger on the menu. Come join this team of Photographers and Wildlife Enthusiasts to explore the tracks and the fortress of Bandhavgarh National Park and Kanha during 17 April - 25th April 2010. The Photo Tour will be aimed at providing better opportunities to learners and newbies with a lot of on and off the field learning through:
1. Informal discussions, Knowledge sharing sessions and slide-shows.
2. Talks and presentations on relevant subjects.
3. Reviews and feedback evening sessions.
Some of the features of the Tour:
1. Up to three or four people in a Safari vehicle which can otherwise accommodate 6 pax, aiming at maximum comfort while balancing the economics.
2. Co-ordinated safari experience with on the field learning
3. Experienced staff of Guides and Driver for every vehicle.
4. One morning visit to the Fort optional* which is a great place to photograph at least three types of vultures, Malabar pied hornbills and a view of the mesmerizing park.
5. Tour cost includes road transfer in A/C Innova to Kanha from Nagpur, Road transfer from Kanha to Bandhavgarh National Park and Road transport to Jabalpur to board your flight back to your destination
6. Tour cost includes: Accommodation, Food, Safari, Forest Entry, mandatory guide fees etc.
7. Tour cost excludes optional Tiger Show Elephant Ride costing 100/- per head (Not Recommended for Photography)
8. Tour cost excludes Drinks and extra snacks
9. Tour cost includes all minute expenditures like tips to the Drivers, Guides, Hotel Staff and Transfer staff and no miscellaneous expenditure is expected unless tour participant's personal expenses that is not listed above happens.
